ok here is my story with platinum led i buy a P300 last christmas (after paying customs from hong-kong about 50€) about two months after half of the led cease to function so i try to have them using the web site (it was pandemic but no answer for months) then with the help of a youtuber and a lot of bad advices on videos i manage to have them they told me to return the light to a adress in america i ask for a cover for the transports cost (as i'm not responsible for the bad fabrication) at this point i never got an answer again…
