If you are quitting weed,or even just a tolerance break,I suggest working out and having a meal plan throughout the day,it can be hard to deal with withdraw,from my experience just sitting around not doing much or having anything planned for my day just makes the withdrawal symptoms so much more intense,I have been on a detox program,and been working out at least 1 hour a day and I now completely,have control,all the burning of thc,just makes the body normalize even faster.i really do suggest having a plan before quiting cold turkey.
