  1. My first bottle of Aya life is due to be at my door tomorrow. I am so excited! I have MS so I am hoping it can help with some of the symptoms I have.   2. I hope Sheree or Chris will read this, because of importance for the body, mind and soul and bones and joints beeing dislocated and stuck in that position. No this is no advertising, just my experience using natural organic collagen drinking it with water, one spoon (3.4g) in the morning one in the evening since 10 days. Yes i do have a bad hip, so i know about sleeping only in my bed as possibility and no travels.   3. Thanks – great on the pink Himalayan salt and CBD oil but bad on the meat – meat could eventually give you serious problems – you should not eat dead animals – this connects you to the system that needs to go!

  4. I highly recommend getting PRP injections! I get them every so often and swear by them they really work! I would steer clear of any Cortizone shots. I have been a competitive powerlifter for over 15 years, my bodyโ€˜s been through a lot. I can tell you form and technique is everything!

    As for your meals I would stick to a conventional oven or toaster oven to heat your food use the microwave as little as possible.

  6. You're putting too much weight on the bench if your feeling that kind of pain in your rotator cuffs. NOT GOOD. Understand, if you tear them, the surgery to fix (each) takes almost a full year recovery (of which the first 3 months excruciating pain) and they still are weak to rupture again. I blew both out while benching, and for the aforementioned reasons, opted for no surgery. They have hurt for 5 yrs now. I have built up my shoulders again via swimming (very low impact), but the damage was done. I've seen your Egypt vids, and yeah, you absolutely need to drop some pounds (I have the same body type and it's a struggle). Diet, boring cardio, and yes, lifting–but learn to lift correctly, use a trainer to learn proper form (and always have a spotter), protein supplementation (but watch the calories). It's almost impossible to bulk up muscles and lose weight at once, but you can diet, gain strength, and lose weight–then if you want to bulk, start from there; given your blood pressure issues, lose the weight first. GLTY.

  7. Chris, seriously ? Your food in the microwave ? !, Why do you expose your food to radiation ? Think again to what rdaiation does to the cells of the steak you eat, to your beans, your chicken….Radiation destrys proteines.

Good video thnx…..Iโ€™m personally suffering from heart failure due to smoking 10 years, think I did do a tad damage last year when I was puffed out like puffer fish and retaining lots of water,,,,Iโ€™m still dealing with trouble removing fluids, so have to stay on my diuretics….but am trying a multitude of heart formulas EDTA helping a lot as well…combined with my blood pressure meds,,,but heart is a lot better than it was and had to cut back a bit on the dosage…but I donโ€™t know if Iโ€™m quit 100% yet,,,but am able to sprint a bit in the woods…just work too many hours to find time and strength….I might add your formula on to all the other crap Iโ€™m testing out…but excersize prob the best thing…

  12. You can cause more damage to your body by working out too hard, then what you will gain by the work out.
    I don't ever go to the Gym.
    I am a truck mechanic and do enough physical workout at work.
    I am 53, slim and look about 35.
    This picture is only 5 years old.

    You can figure everything out yourself.
    I am 53 and I have NEVER been to a doctor. other than a broken ankle 20 years ago and even then they gave me bad advice, I didn't fallow it.
    They wanted me to keep the casting on for 6 weeks.
    I had them take it off in two. No problem.

    The side effects can come out years later.

  17. Good for you for finding a doctor that listens to you. My horror stories with doctors and dentists and others in the medical field are just sat Horror Stories. I haven't seen a doctor in probably between 15 and 20 years and honestly? I have an appointment to see one for the first time again in two weeks. And I stress over it every day because I don't want to end up butting heads with another idiot.

  18. If you could afford it, I really recommend looking into getting your meat from a local farm! You can even buy a whole cow or pig while itโ€™s still alive. Which allows you to go and visit it and put your love and positive energy into it before itโ€™s killed(the farmers will obviously do it for you lmao). I use to believe vegan was the way to go, but now I believe itโ€™s all about the vibrations of your food.

  19. For inflammation (and much more) look up the medicinal properties of Reishi mushrooms (ganoderma lucidum). Very powerful, and great in combination with cbd.

    Btw, anti parasitic is a cbd property…

  20. Chris, are you familiar with Boron supplementation? It's a natural mineral salt that generally goes by the name 20 Mule Team Borax, generally sold as a laundry booster, which it also does. It will reverse osteoporosis, all arthritis- look into it! Its another food mineral, like sulfur, that should naturally be in our soils and produce, but isn't anymore due to crappy chemical agricultural practices
