  1. First.. youre taking 100mL of tincture not 100mg of CBD. Its a 300mg bottle and its 30mL of tincture, so you're taking 3mg per 1mL (full dropper). You were taking a very low dose… Second, taking any CBD isn't the route to go. You need to do your research and make sure you're getting HEMP derived CBD from legit sources, you were getting tired cause it wasn't just CBD, it was more than likely a high CBD marijuana plant tincture.   6. I used legal UK strength CBD honestly it helps fibromyalga and i genuinely do have less anxiety. I didnt think it would help. But it did..

  7. I tried it for several months. My conclusion? It's a BS placebo. I didn't find ANY pain relief for my back or knees (which is why I tried it in the first place) and as far as it's "anti anxiety" benefits? If you take enough of it'll you'll just get super sleepy. So sure it works for that…I guess…. because it's kind of hard to be stressed or have anxiety when you're half asleep and struggling to stay awake. I know some people swear by it and hey, if it works for them great. I honestly believe they've just convinced themselves it's doing something (as in a placebo effect) but more power to those who think it helps…. because ultimately if you think something is helping, then it's helping. For myself I finally just stopped wasting money on it after a few months…..because it turns out Motrin actually works just fine for pain compared to taking CBD, which has about the same anti-inflammatory pain relief properties as breathing air.

  10. You really want both CBD and THC working in tandem to get the full effect. The reason CBD doesn't help in your case is you lacked half the plant.

  12. Here is someone that has high anxiety. He doesn’t know how to relax. He is in an uneasy state most of the time. And so he needs help with that with a therapist. And that’s ok. But he is translating a relaxed state with being tired and sleepy. When your cortisol levels are in heightened state too often then when it stops the alternative state is a good crash. So in fact it was working for him. He’s just not comfortable with being in that state of mind.

  13. honestly, how do some ppl get by in life?? not to be rude, but learn to deal with anxiety through proven psych principles, since it is all in your mind – instead of turning toward substance.

  14. If you have a real anxiety disorder, please do not post your name and personal details on Yt. Moreover, never post images of your confidential therapy forms on social media. It will not be pretty, and I’m not just talking about the comments section (but yeah it can get ugly there). A lot of unnecessary anxiety and self disclosure for no real benefit. It can have implications for job searches, future lawsuits, etc. Be safe out there
