Hot flashes have been reduced but I'm still getting them. Maybe I can will add the Omegas but now it sounds like too many supplements? What do you think?

  17. While your advice is greatly appreciated, the products are very expensive. Unless you have alot of money to spare, the everyday person won't be able to afford any of these products. I seriously doubt that my insurance will cover it at all.

  18. Can you take these products when you have had estrogen positive breast cancer. I had my.hormones tested recently and my estrogen was unreadable as is was below six. 20. Hello Dr. Thank you so much for such important information. I'm confused though regarding fermentation process. Does that make soy safe to take? I've been following Dr. Gerson and she said no soy whatsoever if you want to prevent cancer. And isn't Japanese soy grown in contaminated Fukushima soil? If I just take maca and CBD oil alone will that help with hot flashes? Please help me sort all of this out.

  25. I'm confused about the estrogen dominance connection to hot flashes. Had my hormones tested last fall (complete panel) and I had a good amount of progesterone but no estrodiol – I mean absolutely zero. I'm 63 so definitely postmenopausal and was having hot flashes several times a day and night sweats at least once each night. Is this estrogen dominance? (I've since added more phytoestrogens to my diet and the flashes are under control.)
