  1. In all due respect, of course you can ingest cannabis raw, cured, or decarbed. It will depend on what your end goal is as not all who partake want to get high and many of us enjoy the high, but also need to be out of physiological distress in order to be fully functional when being high is not an option. 🙂 THCa [pre-decarb] has many of the medicinal properties associated with its THC9 [post-decarb] form. It does, however, lack the psychoactive effects for most people. People who are super sensitive to THC can feel some psychoactivity, but it seems to be rare, at least in my experience and exposure working as an MMJ consultant.

If you're looking for the more pronounced physiological and psychoactive effects, decarbed cannabis will be the way to go. But for those who are looking for a way to benefit from the medicinal qualities such as anti-inflammation, spasm suppression, and mild to moderate pain relief, without the psychoactivity that can inhibit one's activities, THCa is worth exploring. CBD and THCa are extremely compatible but the effects do vary from person to person and also from day to day at times.

Start low, go slow, most of all, pay attention to how your body reacts. As always, YMMV!

  2. Wrong answer. Yes, you can eat raw cannabis. Many patients make beverages with it, such as tea and smoothies. Will it get you high? No.

  3. who said we wanted pyschoactive effects? there are tons of benefits from consuming raw cannabis don't listen to this idiot

  4. Garbage …. All you need to do is prepare your brownie mix and grind in as much weed as you want .. stir it all together well .. then cook the brownies as per packet instructions and serve …. depending how much weed you put in will depend on how soon you are “flying” and how long that “flight” lasts …. happy baking 😀

  5. NOPE – you can go straight into warm/hot oil to decarb it too. You should have just simmered the cannabis in the peanut butter or olive oil for a 1 -3 hours and it would be much more efficient. Or just skip the decarb if you can cook it longer instead.
