  1. My personal experience with creatine sucked.
    I had zero body fat, and felt great. After the first 2months if I had one cheat day a week. It would show up on my gut.
    I got very puffy from water weight. And it made me super angry. No joke. I was a prick on creatine. So irritable.
    I feel so much better not taking that shit.
    Always felt bloated and pissy on Creatine. Good riddens.
