Doesn't look disappointing for the size of plant you had. Maybe it wasn't the most efficient but that's not always the goal of a grow. Sometimes you scale down personal production for whatever reason. Nugs look really nice though.
Do you cure with the boveda off the bat? I've stopped using them during the initial few weeks of curing unless the bud is dryer than I want. I find they mute the aroma of the jar so its hard to get a full deep smell of the varietal when you go into the jar.
