CBD oil is the best. I had a fractured leg last year I tried all the pain relief available off the doctor it didn't seem to work. I couldn't sleep with the aches and pains etc. I tried CBD oil 15% strength and it was amazing the pain went and I could sleep really well its well worth it. I could do with some for sleep nowadays as my leg has healed now.

CBD helps some. Not so much pain for me, but inflammation. That's just me. It allowed me to finish my cycle and continue working out a couple weeks past. Mostly I think I have a nerve in my arm irritated by inflammation and it helped

And don't try to life if you are srs injured. Stay away from the gym till you are healed. Dont go test it out
