  1. 52:45 Winter months are indeed better to fall asleep (and struggle to wake up on time), however contrary to what he says, I have found it difficult to fall asleep with socks & gloves on and heard the same from many people

  6. I've been high on cannabis everyday for 20 years I smoke every night right before bed as well. My question is why don't I experience the delirium he notes alcoholics go through? I have some serious doubts that cannabis completely blocks REM sleep considering I do dream (the ones I remember are intense) but it's weird he seems to believe that cannabis is the same as alcohol in terms of that yet cites no study or evidence of this. Seems like he's just being presumptuous.

  8. In my language the expression translates as "the morning is wiser than the evening", meaning that after sleeping a good night's sleep you can solve most problems better (46:00 talking about sleeping on a problem). The underlying idea is the same, though.

  10. I smoke every day, i live in holland so its legal. But i go always stoned to sleep and maybe from the 7 days i defenitely dream 3/4 nights that i can remember. Not saying its good

  11. So id like to throw my hat in as a baseball player and just say that i have a similar condition to joe but because of playing baseball and having an anxiety disorder. If ANYTHING in a dream is coming at my face I duck out of the way in real life and fcks up my whole night
